A sum of $570.00 is required to supplement this vote in order to meet the cost of Documents relating to the Radio-telegraph Service which were supplied for use of this Department by the General Post Office, London, during the years 1929 and 1930. The 1929 account arrived only in February, 1931. This service is specially provided for in the 1932 Estimates.

The conversion of the southern portion of the basement G.P.O. Building into a parcel office has necessitated the provision of more cleansing and washing materials and utensils than had been anticipated. A vote to cover the extra expenditure is requested.
